Golfers are eligible to participate under any of the following conditions:

1. They are current residents of Westmoreland County.

2. They are past residents of Westmoreland County.

3. They have a current membership to a private Club or public course that is located within Westmoreland County.

4. They can verify frequent play at a public course in Westmoreland County that is a “daily fee” only and does not issue memberships. (frequent play generally means..3 times per week)

5. TEAM EVENTS may provide special eligibility exception for children or grandchildren of former residents whose descendants may not meet 1-4 above.
